This tells us which plan to connect your TV to.

Adds this MAC to the plan you already paid for (up to your plan's device limit).

Where do I find the MAC address?

📺 On your TV: Settings → Network (or About) → Wi-Fi/Ethernet status
📶 Connect the TV to this WiFi first (it'll show "no internet" — that's fine) before submitting
⚠️ Your TV stays connected for as long as its plan is valid
